mcdonalds happy meal kidA year after American fast food companies agreed to make kids meals healthier, nutritionists and the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, a nonprofit advocacy group, evaluated the changes and found their offerings to be far from healthy.

PCRM warns that these finds are troublesome in a time when 16.9 million children are obese, and chain fast food restaurants are marketing food that is high in fat, cholesterol, and sodium as "healthy."

PCRM compiled a list of the five-worst "healthy" kids meals.
